In Pornic, there are many small shops and boutiques worth a visit. Take a look, for example, at the Curé Nantais brand, an artisanal cheese dairy with over a century of history. It’s impossible not to end your visit with a tasting of this succulent raw-milk cheese! Visit La Fraiseraie, a well-known local strawberry producer, for delicious ice creams, exquisite jams and other fresh fruit products! La faïencerie de Pornic is also renowned in the region. Come and admire its authentic creations, and leave the store with a famous Breton bowl bearing your name!

What would Pornic be without its beaches and harbors? Stroll along the coastline and enjoy the sea air and small coves of this magnificent Pays de Retz town of character. The Sentier des Douaniers (over 14 km of trails) offers superb hiking and is an excellent way to explore the town’s treasures. You’ll enjoy stunning coastal scenery and panoramic views, as well as the fisheries, the emblematic cabins of the Côte de Jade. As you stroll through the seaside resort, you won’t be able to escape the sight of the majestic Château de Pornic overlooking the port. Relax on the beach, with your towel on the sand, and enjoy a swim with friends or family.
