Located just a hundred meters from your campsite in Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, the long sandy beach “Les Rochelets” is open to the public. Like other beaches in Saint-Brévin, it is supervised in July and August.
he lifeguard station offers tiralos for people with reduced mobility. This adapted beach chair rolls on the sand and floats on the water. Every day, from 1pm to 6:45pm, the beach lifeguard flag is raised by lifeguards. What do the flag colors mean?
- * Green flag: bathing is supervised and presents no particular danger.
- * Yellow flag: swimming is supervised but dangerous (bay, onshore wind, high waves, etc.).
- * Red flag: swimming is prohibited.
If the flame is lowered, the lifeguard is in the middle of an intervention (sea rescue, for example) and swimming is no longer supervised.
