The city of Nantes and its surrounding area follow the course of the Loire for a while, before handing it over to Saint Nazaire and its estuary. It’s a destination not to be missed on a camping vacation camping in Saint-Brevinin Loire Atlantique. Take a stroll through the bright, wide streets of this commune and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss a visit to the grand Château des Ducs de Bretagne, its ramparts, its interior… Regular exhibitions take place within its walls, providing a good opportunity to admire works and relics that correspond to the theme of your visit.

In Nantes, the Machines de l’Île under the naves will not leave you indifferent! Majestic mechanical animals await to amaze young and old alike. A large elephant strolls around the nefs and along the banks of the Loire every day. It’s possible to get inside this machine and ride on its back. You can then enjoy an incredible ride aboard one of the most unusual vehicles in existence. There are many other treasures to discover during your visit to Nantes, including the former LU factory, now a theater, the Grand T theater and the Théâtre Graslin.
