Whether you&#8217;re heading north, south or east, the seaside resort boasts a wide range of <strong>cycle paths<\/strong> for all levels of ability, to suit all tastes. To help you find the right itinerary, your <strong>campsite in Saint-Br\u00e9vin-les-Pins<\/strong> will point you in the direction of the various <strong>cycling routes<\/strong> available on the <strong>C\u00f4te de Jade<\/strong>.   <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">V\u00e9loc\u00e9an: the ideal way to discover the C\u00f4te de Jade and the C\u00f4te d&#8217;Amour<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/>The <strong>Veloc\u00e9an<\/strong> is a 140 km route that alternates between the seafront and the hinterland between Saint-Nazaire and Piriac-Sur-Mer (north of Gu\u00e9rande). This signposted route, dedicated to discovering the Atlantic coast, will take you to renowned <strong>seaside resorts<\/strong> such as La Baule and Pornic, but that&#8217;s not all! You&#8217;ll also cross the <strong>salt marshes<\/strong> and end up in Piriac-sur-Mer, a charming town full of character (note also the possibility of crossing the St-Nazaire bridge on the Lilas shuttle service between St-Br\u00e9vin and St-Nazaire).   <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La Loire \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/>The <strong>Loire \u00e0 V\u00e9lo<\/strong> is an 800 km long <strong>cycle route<\/strong> which, as its name suggests, follows the Loire River. From <strong>Saint-Br\u00e9vin<\/strong> to Cuffy, this itinerary is the most popular in France, and it&#8217;s easy to see why! In fact, it takes you through many of the towns along the river, such as Orl\u00e9ans, Tours, Blois, Angers and Nantes, while you discover the ch\u00e2teaux of the Loire.  <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eurov\u00e9lo 1 or V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e: the itinerary for exploring the Atlantic coast<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/><strong>The Eurov\u00e9lo 1<\/strong> or <strong>V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e<\/strong> is one of 16 cycle routes proposed by the European Cyclists&#8217; Federation. The V\u00e9lodyss\u00e9e is actually only part of the<strong>EV1, but that doesn&#8217;t stop it from being France&#8217;s longest cycle route, stretching from Roscoff to Hendaye.<\/strong> <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eurovelo 6: From the Atlantic to the Black Sea by bike<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/>EuroV\u00e9lo 6, also known as <strong>EV6<\/strong> or <strong>V\u00e9loroute des Fleuves<\/strong>, links the Atlantic coast to the Black Sea (Romania). With more than 4,000 km of itinerary following the Loire, Sa\u00f4ne, Doubs, Rhine and Danube rivers, this is the longest <strong>cycling route from Saint-Br\u00e9vin<\/strong>.<br\/>It takes you through several European countries: France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria and finally Romania. For lovers of exceptional journeys!  <br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eurov\u00e9lo 6 in Loire Atlantique<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/>As for the section in Loire-Atlantique, the Eurov\u00e9lo links Saint-Nazaire to Nantes.<br\/><br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">(The Nantes-Brest Canal by bike)<\/h2>\n\n<p><br\/><br\/>For those wishing to <strong>discover the Loire-Atlantique and Brittany regions by bike<\/strong>, or for a gentle introduction to cycling, the <strong>Nantes-Brest canal <\/strong>is ideal! Although it doesn&#8217;t start in St-Br\u00e9vin, this itinerary is no less interesting as it is particularly well-suited to families, thanks to its easy-going route, but also to its many characterful villages (Malestroit, Rohan, Pontivy, &#8230;).
